IQF Frozen Apricots

This product is produced from fresh fruits which are sorted with the seeds carefully removed by hand and the fruit is cut before being blanched and frozen. This product can be used to prepare many types of dessert such as pies, compotes and jams. They can also be an interesting ingredient in a fruit salad.
